07.00am : Pick up from your Hotel and greeted by your driver/tour guide
07.15am : Proceed around 4 hours journey to Taman Simalem
Resort via Berastagi.
09.30am : Stop at
Berastagi to visit Central Fruit
Market where you will have a chance to taste variety of Tropical
Fruits,, vegetables and
flowers.
11.30am : Stop at Sipiso-piso waterfall to see this
magnificent 110 metres tall waterfall and an extraordinary view of Lake Toba
from the north side.
12.00pm : Lunch at local restaurant.01.00pm : Arrive at Taman Simalem Resort, you have chance
to see the Great View of Lake Toba, and you also can Enjoying surrounding area
at -Pearl of Lake Toba-.
04.30pm : Return to Medan.
08.00pm : Arrive at Medan, drop to your hotel. Tour End.

Children Policy :

- The children is 02 - 10 years old. Above that, They will be charged as adult fare
- Child Fare is 50% from Adult Fare
Cancellation Policy
:
- Any cancellation
must be made I writing by email/phone/message etc. It must be received by our
side lates 10 Days (in Low Season)
and 1 Months (in Peak Season) before
guest/group arrival.
- If your booking is
last minutes call (e.g. 1 day before service), we will wait the confirmation
from your side until 3 hours after
we book your order. The booking will be released automaticlly if we dont
receive your confirmation from your side until that time.
- All -No Show- and Reservation cancelled in
arrival date, will be charged at full payment OR your deposit/payment is non-refundable . If
the reservation cancelled due to Natural Disaster or the like (not human
error), it can be discussed with hotel, restaurant, etc.
Payment Method :
- Full Pre-Payment/Deposit latest 10 days
(in Low Season) and 1 Month (in High Season)
before arrival.
- Payment can be made
by cash upon arrival (with a deposit first) and Bank Transfer
