Cancellation Policy :

cancellation must be made by writing email/phone/message etc. It must
be received by our side lates 1 week (in Low Season) and 1 Months (in
Peak Season) before guest/group arrival.
- All -No Show-
and Reservation cancelled in arrival date, will be charged at full
payment. If the reservation cancelled due to Natural Disaster or the
like (not human error), it can be discussed with hotel, restaurant, etc.
